a. Annual Subscription: If you have purchased an annual subscription to ViewFX Academy and request a refund within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund.


b. Monthly Subscription: For monthly subscription plans, if you request a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund.


c. One-time Course Purchase: Refunds for one-time course purchases are available within the first 7 days of the purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.


Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:


a. Send an email to our support team at support@viewfxacademy.com within the refund eligibility period.


b. Clearly state your request for a refund, providing the necessary details such as your full name, email address used for registration, and the reason for your refund request.


c. Our support team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 5 business days.


d. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.


Non-Refundable Situations:

Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:


a. After the refund eligibility period has expired.


b. If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content for one-time course purchases.


c. If you have violated our terms of service or engaged in any form of misconduct.


d. If you have already received a refund for a previous purchase.

In case of technical issues or difficulties accessing our platform or course content, we encourage you to reach out to our support team promptly. We will make every effort to resolve any technical issues you encounter and provide you with the assistance necessary to continue your learning journey.
